Apply Red Light Therapy


After the icing phase (1-2 days), apply TendLight red light therapy to the area of pain for 5-10 minutes. Do this 3x/day for 3 days, then as needed.

Research shows that light in the red and infrared wavelength (650-880 nm) gets absorbed by cellular mitochondria, causing cells to produce more energy.  This enhances tissue repair and reduces inflammation.
