Use Essential Oils

boswellia

Essential oils are distilled out of plants known to have therapeutic components, so they represent the purest form of the plant’s pharmacopoeia.

For muscle pain, use Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) and Lavender essential oils; try eucalyptus as well (not all together).   See which one gives you the most relief and emphasize that one.

First apply mineral oil to your skin, then the essential oil for better absorption.  Apply the oil in the morning to your arms, neck and chest.  Since it is highly concentrated, only use a few drops per area.
