Lymphatic Massage

lymph

Lymphatic massage is very light and has long strokes that always go in the direction towards your heart.   Lymph’s function is to cleanse the blood, so it carries debris out of the body for elimination.

This specialized massage technique “moves along” stagnant lymphatic fluid (lymph) in the lymph channels, which is helpful for circulation and wellness.  Make sure to find a therapist who is trained and certified in this technique, as not many massage therapists know how to do it properly.
