Sources of Common Low Back Pain


Common low back pain of musculoskeletal  origin may originate from:

  • vertebral facet joints
  • tight, strained, fatigued back muscles and fascia (muscle covering)
  • weak, degenerating discs; bulging discs
  • torn or pinched spinal ligaments and tendons
  • pinched nerve roots

Or, a combination of the above.
