Wall Angel Exercises

Do wall angel exercises, 50 repetitions, four times a day:  morning, noon, afternoon and evening.

  1.  Stand against an open wall, free of obstructions.
  2. Ensure that the back of your heels, your buttocks and the back of your head are making contact with the wall.
  3. Raise your arms up (90 degree bend of elbows) and with your wrist STRAIGHT press the back of your arms and hands against the wall.
  4. The exercise involves raising and lowering your arms as far as they will go while maintaining contact with the wall.  This resembles the motion made when making “snow angels” in the snow.
