Back Bubble Spinal Decompression

This device, like some of the others uses gravity + your body weight to decompress your low back.  The best feature of the Back Bubble is comfort.  All you do is set it up to the proper height, step into it and bend your knees to initiate the decompression.  The inflatable harness holds your torso in place as the weight of your legs pulls your lumbar spine.

You can do the opposite as well:  lie on your back with your legs pointed up.  In this position, the weight of your torso tractions your lumbar spine.
