The NuBax Trio decompresses your lumbar spine by using the principle of fulcrums.  The fulcrum stabilizes your legs on one side and allows your torso to flex forward, effectively stretching the spine.

The advantage of this device is that, unlike an inversion table you do not need to be upside down.  So, comfort is an advantage.

The disadvantage is a weaker traction force compared to the Back Bubble and inversion table, since there is less gravity assistance.
