Take Frequent Breaks

If your wrist pain is being caused by repetitive use of the hands and fingers discontinue that activity for a week and/or take more frequent breaks. There are many apps and desktop software available to remind you when to take breaks and stretch throughout the day, such as Lumo Lift and  Stretch Clock.
