Headache Treatment #1: PEPPERMINT OIL
Rub Peppermint Essential Oil on your temples, forehead and back of neck. Gently massage it into your skin, using small circular motions. Put three (3) drops on the tip of your tongue as well. You can even put some drops in a handkerchief and inhale the fumes. Peppermint is known to relax tight muscles.
