Use Peppermint Essential Oil

peppermintAt the first sign of headache, rub Peppermint Essential Oil on your temples, forehead and back of neck (keep a bottle handy, in your purse, car, office, etc.). Gently massage it into your skin, using small circular motions.  Put three (3) drops on the tip of your tongue as well.    You can even put some drops in a handkerchief and inhale the fumes.  Peppermint is known to relax tight muscles; especially smooth muscles which make up blood vessel walls.
