If your headaches are being caused by long-term exposure to environmental pollutants/ poisons, it may help to try this technique, which is used as a detox for soldiers who served in the Gulf War. Some pollutants can accumulate in fat cells and cause chronic health problems such as headaches.
Take about 100 mg of niacin (Vitamin B3) after a small, healthy meal. Wait 20 minutes, then exercise vigorously for 20 minutes to the point where you are generating a good sweat.
Sweating is the goal here, so after your exercise session, sit in a sauna for another 20 minutes to sweat out more toxins. If you don’t have access to a spa sauna, you can get a portable infrared sauna. It can fit in a small room and is relatively inexpensive. Do this once a week for a month, and see how your headache frequency responds after a month. Continue as needed.
